Penetron Protects Alrayan 123 Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Penetron is proud to protect Alrayan 123 Center on Khurais Street, one of the best known commercial roads in Riyadh. The project is built by MEYAR for Contracting, with the waterproofing applied by our authorised applicator, IRON HOLD.
The complete Penetron system was used across the structure. PENETRON ADMIX LIQUID was dosed into the concrete at the batching plant, forming insoluble crystals that seal the pores and hairline cracks against water. PENEBAR SW-55 waterstops seal the construction joints, PENETRON® crystalline coating and PENECRETE MORTAR treat surfaces, tie holes and repairs, and PENEPLUG stops any active leaks.
One system, one supplier and one authorised applicator, giving the owner integral, long term waterproofing across the whole structure. The project adds to Penetron’s growing list of references in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
