Penetron is proud to be part of the Rixos Resort, Half Moon development in Al Khobar, with an estimated 100,000 m³ of concrete to be protected with Penetron crystalline waterproofing. The works are applied by our authorised applicator, Global Construction Contracting Co..
The Penetron crystalline system becomes part of the concrete itself, forming insoluble crystals that seal the pores and hairline cracks against water penetration, rather than relying only on a surface applied barrier. It was selected for its integral waterproofing, self healing capability and long term durability, with simpler application and lower maintenance over the life of the structure.
The project adds to Penetron’s growing list of major developments across Saudi Arabia.
