PENETRON ADMIX was incorporated into the raft foundation and retaining walls, approximately 15,000 m³ of concrete. It becomes part of the concrete itself, forming insoluble crystals that seal the pores and hairline cracks against water penetration, reducing permeability and enhancing the long term durability of the below grade structure.
The project adds to Penetron’s growing list of commercial developments across Saudi Arabia.
