Penetron is proud to protect the substructure of the Remal Business Compound (RBC) expansion in Riyadh, a mixed use development by Retal Urban Development Company, designed by EHAF Consulting Engineers and built by BCC and SINSA.
PENETRON ADMIX was specified for the full 65,000 m³ of below grade structural concrete. Dosed at the batching plant, it becomes part of the concrete itself, forming insoluble crystals that seal the pores and hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm, with no separate membrane to install or protect.
The result is integral waterproofing in every cubic metre of the substructure. Retal has since specified PENETRON ADMIX again for its next development, the Ritz Carlton.
