Penetron Protects Hilton Garden Inn Substructure, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Penetron is proud to have waterproofed the substructure of the Hilton Garden Inn in Jeddah, covering the raft, retaining walls, pile heads, pipe penetrations and construction joints.
PENETRON ADMIX was added dry on dry over the aggregates at the batching plant for uniform protection through the raft and retaining wall concrete. PENEBAR SW45 swellable waterstop sealed the construction joints, pile head perimeters and pipe penetrations, and the PENETRON topical repair system closed out honeycombs, segregation and tie holes.
Together, these form one compatible crystalline system that protects the whole substructure from the inside out, without relying on a surface membrane.
