Penetron Waterproofs Rooftop Swimming Pool at Hilton Hotel, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Penetron is proud to have waterproofed a swimming pool on the fifth floor of a Hilton hotel in Jeddah, where any leak would reach the occupied floors below.
PENETRON ADMIX was integrated at the batching plant, PENEBAR SW45 with PENEBAR PRIMER sealed all construction joints and penetrations, and the PENETRON topical repair system treated cracks, localised segregation and tie holes before commissioning.
After the pool was filled for testing, the walls of the floor below were found nearly entirely dry, with no water leakage detected beneath the pool floor. PENETRON ADMIX performed as a standalone waterproofing solution.
